- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (for topping)
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil (for topping)
- 1/3 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking oil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, and optional peppermint extract until well blended.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix well. Gradually add this to the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
