Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 bag mini marshmallows (10.5 oz.)
- 2 cups chocolate chips for topping
- 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil; blend well. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Mix in cocoa powder and salt; fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 17 minutes. Top with mini marshmallows and bake for another 8 minutes; cool.
- For the topping, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter until melted. Stir in Rice Krispies.
- Spread topping over cooled brownies, let set, then cut into squares.
