- 4 ripe nectarines
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 2 heirloom tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh cherries
- 1/2 cup mixed baby greens
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Slice nectarines into eighths and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the nectarines for about 2–3 minutes per side until they have nice grill marks; let cool.
