- 1/2 cup mini M&Ms (red, white, & blue)
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (jimmies)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick baking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, and sprinkles. Spread evenly in prepared pie plate.
- Bake for 17–18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
- For frosting, beat softened butter with salt and vanilla until creamy; add powdered sugar gradually along with heavy cream. Mix until fluffy.
- Pipe frosting onto cooled cookie cake and top with additional sprinkles.
