  • 1 can (400 ml) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated cocoa butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or stevia)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter (for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Oat whip or coconut whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon beet powder or pink pitaya powder
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • Grated cocoa butter

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk and oat or almond milk. Heat gently over medium-low heat until warm.
  2. Stir in grated cocoa butter until fully melted.
  3. Add maple syrup, coconut butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla powder, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and heated through.
  4. Pour into mugs and top with oat whipped cream or coconut whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with beet powder or pitaya powder along with extra cinnamon and grated cocoa butter. Serve warm.
