  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 egg

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and cold water until smooth. Gently fold in the shrimp mixture.
