- 2 lbs ground lean turkey
- 2 cups diced apple (about 2 apples)
- 2 cups sliced sweet potatoes
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 3 cups crushed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste

- garlic powder
- chili powder
- sage
- cinnamon
- optional: kidney beans
Instructions

- Add diced apples, sweet potatoes, and carrots along with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sage, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes.

- Add crushed and strained tomatoes; combine thoroughly.
- Let simmer on low-medium heat for 20-30 minutes. If using kidney beans, add them in the last few minutes.
