- Zest from 1 lemon
- 2 to 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp dried onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Ground black pepper
- 6 brioche buns
- 2 tbsp butter (for toasting bread)
- 2 large lemons (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil water. Add shrimp and cook until pink (3-5 minutes). Drain and chop.
