  • 2 beef fillets (68 oz each)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take the beef fillets out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry and season with salt and black pepper.

  5. Remove fillets from the skillet and let them rest briefly. Return them to the skillet, spoon creamy pepper sauce over top, and heat for an additional minute.
