  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced

  • 2 peppers, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste
  • 5 cups hot water
  • Salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Slice the potatoes and prepare the vegetables.
