- 4 to 6 large portobello mushroom caps
Instructions

- Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, panko bread crumbs, green onions, boursin cheese, egg, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce until well mixed.
