  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 package soft boursin cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 4 to 6 large portobello mushroom caps

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, panko bread crumbs, green onions, boursin cheese, egg, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce until well mixed.
  4. Generously fill each portobello cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
