  • 1 small Red or White Onion
  • 4 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Imitation Crab, Smoked Salmon, Canned Tuna, or Shrimp
  • Furikake or Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Spicy Mayo or Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice cucumbers; dice if preferred.
  2. Peel and thinly slice onion.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together whipped cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
  5. Add cucumbers, onions, and your choice of protein; toss gently to coat.
