  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh mango (diced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Optional: shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread half of the filling over the crust, layer with sliced strawberries and diced mango, then add the remaining filling on top.
  4. Arrange halved strawberries and mango slices on top; sprinkle with shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
