  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha (optional, for heat)
  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice (or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Lime wedges
  • Additional sriracha or soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
