  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 12 tsp peri peri seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix vinegar, peri peri seasoning, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper with the fish cubes until well coated. Sprinkle with flour and toss gently.
  2. Set up breading stations: In one bowl combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, and parsley; in another whisk together egg and milk.
  3. Dip each fish piece into the egg mixture and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Choose your cooking method: For frying: Heat oil in a deep pot and fry nuggets until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). For air frying: Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and air fry for 10-15 minutes. For baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15-18 minutes.
