  1. Cook chicken in salted water until internal temperature reaches 165°F (15-20 minutes). Shred once cooled.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, bell pepper, and cilantro with the dressing; stir well.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
