  • 14.3 oz package Golden Oreos
  • 8 oz block-style cream cheese (softened)
  • 20 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos in a mixing bowl until finely crumbled.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and 3 tsp of cinnamon, mixing until smooth.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt half of the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Combine 2 tbsp sugar with 1½ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the wet chocolate.
  8. Chill again for 15 minutes before serving.
