Ingredients

- 8 oz block-style cream cheese (softened)
- 20 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreos in a mixing bowl until finely crumbled.
- Add softened cream cheese and 3 tsp of cinnamon, mixing until smooth.
- Use a cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt half of the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Combine 2 tbsp sugar with 1½ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the wet chocolate.
