  • ¼ medium white onion
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 2 handfuls chopped romaine
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas, onion, flour, garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika in a food processor until thick.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto the tortillas, leaving edges clear.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook wraps chickpea-side down for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Top each wrap with romaine, Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll tightly and slice in half to serve.
