  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • flaky sea salt (such as Maldon for sprinkling, optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the dough: In a food processor, combine flours and salt. Add cold butter and pulse until crumbly. Mix egg and cold water; add to flour mixture until combined. Form into a disk, wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
