- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese (grated)
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook until soft. Stir in garlic and mushrooms; sauté until browned.
- Season with thyme, salt, pepper, and optional white wine. Cook until absorbed.
