  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 7 ounces Kerrygold aged cheddar, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Add zucchini; cook until slightly tender.
