Ingredients
- 2 heads garlic
- ¾ lb raw sliced bacon
- 1 bunch lacinato kale
- 3 hearts of romaine
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Anchovy fillets

- Preheat oven to 300°F. Roast garlic wrapped in foil for about 2 hours until soft.
- Increase heat to 425°F and roast bacon for 20-22 minutes until crispy; chop.
