Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced corned beef
- 14 ounces sauerkraut (drained)
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 slices rye bread (cubed)
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss cubed rye bread with half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
