Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by peeling and dicing the mango and cucumber, and chopping the bell pepper, onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey (if using), salt, black pepper, olive oil, and chili powder (for spice).
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until well combined.
