  • 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tbl sugar
  • 3 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Red and Blue Food Gel Coloring
  • squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and salt, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the filling into three bowls; color one with red food coloring and another with blue.
  5. Pour white filling over the crust followed by alternating lines of red and blue filling. Swirl gently to create patterns.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set in the center. Let cool in the oven with the door slightly open for an hour before refrigerating overnight.
