- 30 Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- Red & blue gel food colors
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil.
- In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter and press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add sour cream, vanilla, flour, and eggs; mix until just combined.
- Divide batter into three bowls; tint two portions with gel food color.
- Spoon the colored batters over the crust in an alternating pattern and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake in a water bath for 45-50 minutes. Cool at room temperature for one hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
