- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3/2 cup brown sugar, packed

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
