- ½ cup Oat Flour (45g)
- ⅓ cup Chocolate Protein Powder (30g, 1 scoop)
- 3 Tbsp Black Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (60ml)
- 2 Tbsp Creamy Almond Butter (32g, Chocolate flavor recommended)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp Oat Flour (17g)
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey-Casein, 11g)
- 2 Tbsp Unflavored Protein Powder (Whey-Casein, 11g)
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder (6g)
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour (7g)
- 3 Tbsp Almond Milk (45ml)
- ½ Tbsp Chocolate Chips (Sugar free recommended, 5g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, chocolate protein powder, and black cocoa powder. Add almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract; mix until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes before rolling it out between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛” thick.
- Cut out circles with a cookie cutter and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes; cool on the sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a rack.
