  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
  • Optional garnishes: green onions, bok choy or spinach, carrots

Instructions
