Ingredients
- 40g Unsalted Butter
- 290g Marshmallows
- 200g Pistachio Cream
- 160g Rice Krispies Cereal
- 100g White Chocolate Chunks
- 50g Unsalted Pistachios, roughly chopped
- 50g Dark Chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows together until smooth. Stir in the pistachio cream.
- Pour the melted mixture over Rice Krispies in a mixing bowl; stir until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in white chocolate chunks and transfer to the prepared tin. Press down firmly with a spatula.
