  • 40g Unsalted Butter
  • 290g Marshmallows
  • 200g Pistachio Cream
  • 160g Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 100g White Chocolate Chunks
  • 50g Unsalted Pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 50g Dark Chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Line an 8" square tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows together until smooth. Stir in the pistachio cream.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over Rice Krispies in a mixing bowl; stir until evenly coated.
  4. Gently fold in white chocolate chunks and transfer to the prepared tin. Press down firmly with a spatula.
  5. Top with chopped pistachios and drizzle melted dark chocolate over the mixture.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
