- 1 tsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp coconut extract
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, oil, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
