- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar; add melted butter and pulse until mixed. Press into the bottom of the dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- While crust bakes, mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth; pour over the baked crust and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until slightly jiggly.
- In a pot over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, butter, salt, and vanilla extract; bring to boil while stirring. Add chopped pecans.
