  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peach filling by mixing cubed peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water; set aside.
  2. For the dough, combine bread flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk, heavy cream, egg, and tangzhong; knead until smooth and allow to rise until doubled.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it, layer sliced peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Roll into a log shape, slice into pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Prepare the crumb topping by mixing melted butter with brown sugar and flour; sprinkle over rolls before baking.
