Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese on the bottom.
  3. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, remaining butter, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic base over low heat until warmed. Stir in all but 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline slicer and layer them in the prepared baking dish diagonally.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
