Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) salmon filets
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped green onions, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk cornstarch and water; add all sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with oiled foil and place the salmon on it. Baste with half the sauce.
- Bake for about 14 minutes until flaky. Baste again with reserved sauce and broil for one minute.
- Serve over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
