- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp kosher sea salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
- In a mixer, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add orange zest and vanilla; mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chunks.
- Chill dough for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spaced apart. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool on rack.
