Ingredients
- 12 oz Rotini Pasta
- 12 oz Spicy Sausage (Andouille or Italian), sliced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce (smoky or honey-based)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder or Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper; simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Return sausage to the skillet with drained pasta; toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
