  2. The next day, flour your hands and a baking sheet. Shape the dough into baguettes (you should get 2–3) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Score the top with a sharp knife and let rise for another 1–2 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Place a pan of hot water in the oven to create steam.
  4. Bake the baguettes on the middle rack for 10 minutes, then remove the water and continue baking for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
