  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 oz brie cheese (optional)
  • Arugula or baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into slider-sized pieces and marinate with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (about 4-5 minutes per side).
  3. In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and optional red pepper flakes; simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook bacon until crispy; crumble or cut into pieces.
  5. Assemble sliders: on each bun bottom, spread maple glaze, add chicken piece, drizzle more glaze, top with bacon and greens if desired.
