  • 2 ⅔ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper.
  2. For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl; add melted butter and mix well. Press into the bottom of the pan.
