- 6 bone-in chicken thighs (approximately 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sweet chili sauce in a bowl until blended.
- Place chicken thighs in a zip-top bag or bowl and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange marinated chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
