- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3 ripe bananas (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Layer half of the sliced bananas on the baked crust, spread half of the cheesecake filling over them, then repeat with remaining bananas and filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
