Description

Hot Honey Salmon is a delightful fusion of sweet and spicy flavors, making it the perfect dish for both busy weeknights and special gatherings. This easy-to-make recipe features tender salmon fillets coated in a luscious hot honey glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (like sriracha)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil to create the glaze.
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet and brush generously with the hot honey mixture.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaking easily. Brush any remaining glaze on top in the last two minutes of baking.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
