- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup brown sugar (for the sauce)
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 TBSP Spiced Rum

- Prepare the crust by mixing flour, salt, and sugar in a food processor. Add cold butter until crumbly. Gradually mix in ice water to form dough; chill for one hour.
- Roll out the dough into a circle and fit it into a deep-dish pie pan.
