- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup honey
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into four thinner pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
