  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. Prepare frosting by mixing softened butter with melted chocolate; add cocoa powder and powdered sugar gradually until smooth.
