  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)
  • 10 tsp cream cheese
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt; mix well.
  2. Stir in Greek yogurt until you form a sticky dough.
  3. Divide dough into 10 pieces; roll into balls and flatten slightly.
  4. Place 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center of each ball and seal it by reshaping.
  5. Brush with egg wash (optional) and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes; cook bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
