  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • ¼ cup dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tbsp grated cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing cubed chicken with olive oil, honey, vinegar, salt, oregano, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F).
