  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray and place the chicken on it. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until nearly cooked through.
  4. Top each breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese, close the grill lid, and melt the cheese for a few additional minutes.
