  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 fresh peaches (cored and quartered)
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbsp bourbon
  • Spice rub: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all spice rub ingredients in a bowl and coat chicken thighs evenly.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine one diced peach and sugar; boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add barbecue sauce and bourbon to the saucepan; simmer for another 5 minutes and blend until smooth.
